Move over, chocolate-covered cherries. There’s a new chocolate-covered candy king this year, chocolate-covered raspberries. These aren’t just raspberries dipped in chocolate, these are dipped in melted fondant, like how chocolate-covered cherries are made. This like everything that you want to last forever, takes some (waiting) time. They will last about 5 days, but will have the best texture within the first three days of making them. See SugarHero.com for the recipe.

Presentation is always a labor of love. This fun, yet glamour chocolate dish is cute way to say "i love you" and it's also a great kid-friendly project. Dip clean, lightly greased balloons in melted chocolate, set them on parchment paper for about an hour, and repeat for a second dip to strengthen the bowl. Total time about 2 hours and 10 mins. See the Gunny Sack recipe here.

These Chocolate Covered Cherries couldn’t be easier. They take minutes to make and use only a few ingredients. The dipping options are endless, seen here are cherries covered in white Almond Bark or have a double coating of white and milk chocolate. You can also use sprinkles and crushed graham crackers. Eat as is or top any dessert you chose from ice cream to Chocolate Mousse. See Hoosier Homemade's recipes here. You can always do the traditional Valentine's strawberry too.
